To practice at home you will need a few things to make it the best most relaxing experience:
- A comfortable place to lay down or recline
- Props to support the body such as blankets and pillows
- Headphones are optimal if available but not necessary
- Blankets, socks, etc to keep you warm
- Optional: eye covering like an eye pillow or light scarf.
The most important thing to keep in mind is to be super comfortable and to do what it takes to make that happen.
