This might not start how you were expecting, but I’m the type of person who has to work hard to stay calm. And for years I lived constantly stressed out, overwhelmed, and anxious. This is exactly why I love to share all of the tools that have helped me transform my relationship with stress, regulate my nervous system, and make me a nicer more joyful person to be around.
My passion is in sharing conscious relaxation tools, in particular a practice called Yoga Nidra. This is an effortless and deeply relaxing form of meditation known as Yogic Sleep and is a form of Non-Sleep Deep Rest. This type of meditation has offered me the greatest gift of transformation and healing for my nervous system.
