Banana Peach Smoothie
A healthy banana peach smoothie that is naturally sweetened and only uses 3 ingredients. This smoothie is vegan, paleo, and Whole3o friendly.

If you are looking for a delicious banana peach smoothie that is creamy, frosty, and deliciously smooth this is it.
Not only is it freaking easy peasy to make, you only need three ingredients! Yes, you can have a tasty smoothie with only three ingredients!
The secret is in the ratio friends! Keep the frozen fruit, sweetness, and liquid in a certain ratio and you get a perfect smoothie every single time.
The other key factor to a super creamy smoothie without all of the added ingredients like yogurt is to use frozen bananas. Frozen bananas are game-changers when it comes to smoothie consistency that wins every time. And they make it perfectly sweetened without adding any additional sugar.

Ingredient notes and substitutions
There is honestly not a lot I can say about these ingredients! If you changed them out, well then that would be a different smoothie. So just a few notes to keep in mind.
Frozen banana– Freeze your bananas ahead of time. Peel, ripe, and spotted bananas and throw them in a gallon bag to have on hand when you want a smoothie. If your blender is not high powered you may want to freeze in slices. Or just chop it up from frozen before you blend.
Frozen Peaches– Frozen peach slices are easy to find in any freezer section, and they actually are really good. If you have leftover peaches from peach season, slice it up and then freeze first. This smoothie will be best when you use all frozen fruit.
Coconut Milk- I like using coconut milk from the carton, not full fat from the can. You can sub in any dairy or non-dairy that works for you. To keep it paleo and whole30 stick to coconut or almond milk without added sugar.

Expert tips
- If you don’t have a high powered blender: You may need to chop ingredients before hand.
- Scrape down the sides– Don’t be afraid to scrape down the sides, with the blender stopped, if it is having a hard time blending. If it is still having a hard time blending, add milk just a tablespoon or two at at time. If you add too much it will dilute the flavor.
FAQ’s
Can I make this ahead of time?
Most smoothies, including this one, are best when made right before drinking. If you make it ahead of time the consistency will defiantly change. You may even see some separation or discoloration if made ahead of time.
How can I make this sweeter?
Absolutely! To make this sweeter but still keep it paleo, use honey. If you aren’t paleo you can sweeten with agave for a delicious drink. Sweeten to your taste preference. I don’t sweeten this, because if you use a really ripe frozen banana it is plenty sweet.
Can I make this for more than one person?
You can make this for as many people as you need if your blender can handle the ingredients. Just double for another person.
Can I use fresh peaches?
If you use fresh peaches, I would still freeze them before using them. If you don’t use frozen peaches the drink will not be as “frosty”.
