Refund and Policy Information

Scheduling/Cancellation

Every coaching session is scheduled in advance. No-shows, requests to reschedule or cancellations received without adequate notice (at least 24 hours) will be charged full price if the session is missed.

Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but generally, the policies apply to all services I offer. 

Refund Policy

All sessions are non-refundable.

Confidentiality

Every coaching session is confidential. I create a safe space for you and keep everything you share strictly private.

Legal Disclaimer

I’m not a physician, psychiatrist, or medical professional. I’ve been trained to provide guidance, emotional support, and encouragement. I help clients reach their personal goals but can’t diagnose or treat illnesses. Coaching is not psychotherapy or a substitute for licensed counseling, medical advice or substance abuse treatment. It will be assumed if you are under the care of a medical professional you will alert them to your participation i this program.
