This strawberry mango banana smoothie is thick, creamy, and reminiscent of flavors you would expect on a tropical vacation. You will only need 5 ingredients for this frosty sweet smoothie for a grab-and-go breakfast or fruit-filled snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana 1 small/med banana, 1/2 large banana or 1 cup sliced frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup coconut water or water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional

Instructions

  • Add- Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend, starting on low, working your way up to high speed.
  • Blend- Blend until smooth. Use the tamper or stop the blender as needed, and push the ingredients towards the blades.

Notes

NOTES
This recipe is for a thick smoothie. If the blender is not moving or you prefer a thinner smoothie add water or coconut water to the smoothie 1 tablespoon at a time until the consistency you like.
