Ingredients
1frozen banana1 small/med banana, 1/2 large banana or 1 cup sliced frozen banana
½cupfrozen strawberries
½cupfrozen mango chunks
1cupcoconut water or water
1teaspoonfresh lime juice
1scoop protein powderoptional
Instructions
Add- Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend, starting on low, working your way up to high speed.
Blend- Blend until smooth. Use the tamper or stop the blender as needed, and push the ingredients towards the blades.
Notes
NOTESThis recipe is for a thick smoothie. If the blender is not moving or you prefer a thinner smoothie add water or coconut water to the smoothie 1 tablespoon at a time until the consistency you like.
