A cool refreshing Acai Berry Bowl, naturally sweetened and made creamy with a frozen banana!

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Frozen acai
  • ½ Frozen banana
  • 3 large Frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein (optional)
  • ¼ Juice of 1/4 of a fresh sqeezed lemon
  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions

  • Run the acai packet under hot water for 15 seconds to help break it up into pieces
  • Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed.
  • Blend on high, stopping and mixing down as needed. The time it will take will vary depending on the power of your blender. You want this to be thick, instead of adding more water to make the blender spin, take the time to stop the blender to mix it around.

Notes

  • This recipe uses an acai packet that has no other ingredients. 
  • You could use milk (any kind) instead of water.
