Add- In a high power blender add all ingredients as lited.
Blend- Blend all ingredients together. Start on low and use the tamper or stop the blendr and push the ingredients towards the blades as needed. See notes.
Serve- Serve right away by scooping into a bowl and topping with your favorite toppings. We love grain free granola, fresh fruit and hemp seeds for this bowl.
Notes
This recipe yields a very thick smoothie bowl. The key to a thick smoothie bowl is only using very little liquid. This means you will need to use the tamper to stop the blender a lot while blending. This will keep the blades moving in your blender.If you need to add more liquid because the blender is not moving (or you are not using a high-power blender) add the liquid in increments of 1 tablespoon at a time.
