- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 tablespoon cold apple juice (see notes)
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 1 dash cinnamon
- You can drink this 1-2 times a day. Follow with more water to protect your teeth and esophagus.
- You can double or more this recipe and make a batch of it for the week. Just serve 1.5 ounces in a shot glass per serving.
- Find an apple juice that is NOT from concentrate and has no added sugars (or gross sweeteners).
